Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect

If your candle arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • Photos of the shipping box

We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit once the issue is verified.

We are unable to accept returns based on scent preference. Scent experiences are subjective, and we encourage reviewing fragrance notes before purchasing.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Retail orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Event favor, custom, and wholesale orders require extended production time. Please allow 2–4 weeks for processing unless otherwise agreed upon.

We currently ship within the United States only via USPS.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. Luz de Belleza is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
